Hi! I’m Justine Romeo, a licensed cosmetologist since 2015 and a proud beauty industry professional since 2014. But

really, my love for beauty started way before that—back when I was a kid sneaking makeup playtime before I was

even allowed to wear it at 12. My passion truly bloomed in high school, where I expressed myself through bold

personal style, drama class, and theater productions. I loved helping friends and castmates with their hair and

makeup—it was my first real taste of how creativity and connection come together through beauty.

✨ Today, I bring that same passion and playfulness into my work at New Dreams Beauty Studio, where I specialize

in facial waxing and detailed brow and lash services—including brow shaping (wax, tweeze, or thread), brow

lamination and tinting, as well as lash lifts and tints. I spent 5 wonderful years refining my skills with Benefit

Cosmetics, and since 2019, I’ve been working independently, creating a welcoming, relaxing space where you can

feel at ease and truly seen.

-Outside the studio, I’m a proud cat mom to four adorable kitties, an avid gardener, and a cosplay lover—so yes

I’m often doing hair and makeup even in my free time! Creativity fuels me, whether I’m styling for a photoshoot, a

stage, or your special day.
